Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder commonly found in females their reproductive ages and associated with hirsutism, obesity, menstrual irregularities, insulin resistance. PCOS management includes the medicinal approach increased incidence of PCOS, herbal has been increasing which flaxseeds flaxseed oil but to further explore benefits, more researches are be conducted after they can included medical regime.
